These terms govern authorised use of Mira Finance Agent, a private finance operations tool operated by Ray Chou. Mira is not offered as a public accounting, banking or payment service.
1. Authorised use
You may use Mira only if you are expressly authorised to do so and have authority over the information and Google account you connect. You must not attempt to bypass its identity, chat, confirmation, folder or tool restrictions.
2. Finance workflow
Mira prepares structured previews from information supplied by the authorised user. A financial document is not issued until the exact preview is confirmed with its valid token. Users remain responsible for reviewing customer identity, dates, amounts, tax treatment, payment terms and all other invoice details before confirmation.
3. Google access
Mira uses Google Drive to store confirmed invoice files and Google Sheets to maintain an operational customer-list mirror. You may revoke Google access at any time, but doing so will prevent workflows that depend on those services. Mira does not provide a local persistent-storage fallback for final invoices.
4. No professional advice or payment execution
Mira assists with administrative finance operations. It does not provide accounting, legal or tax advice, reconcile bank accounts, execute payments, or guarantee regulatory compliance. Obtain qualified professional advice where required.
5. Availability and corrections
Google services, hosting, messaging and other dependencies may be unavailable. Mira is designed to fail safely when required services or approvals are unavailable. Issued documents are not overwritten; corrections require a controlled cancellation, replacement or credit process.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Mira for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unauthorised activity; to access data that is not yours; or to transmit malware or harmful content. Access may be suspended when necessary to protect data, comply with law or address a security risk.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mira is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation. The authorised user is responsible for maintaining appropriate reviews, backups and statutory records. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Privacy, changes and contact
The Privacy Policy forms part of these terms. These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to finance@raychou.my.
